By accessing or using WA Campaign Sender ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

Note: WA Campaign Sender is an independent third-party service. WhatsApp and Meta are trademarks of their respective owners.

3. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and that you will use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws.

4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You are solely responsible for:

• • Compliance with WhatsApp Terms — Your use must not violate WhatsApp's Terms of Service. Violations may result in your WhatsApp account being restricted or permanently banned.
• • Consent-Based Messaging — You must have prior consent from recipients before sending messages. Unsolicited messages are strictly prohibited.
• • Message Content — All content you send through the Service, including text, images, and attachments.
• • Account Security — Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.
• • Legal Compliance — Using the Service in accordance with all applicable local, national, and international laws.

5. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You are expressly prohibited from:

• • Sending spam, unsolicited promotional messages, or bulk messages without recipient consent
• • Sending content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, threatening, or harassing
• • Using the Service for phishing, scams, or any deceptive practices
• • Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code through messages
• • Impersonating any person or entity
• • Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code
• • Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing the Service without written permission
• • Circumventing any security measures or access controls

6. CONTENT MODERATION

To maintain platform integrity and comply with applicable laws, we reserve the right to:

• • Monitor and review message content using automated systems
• • Block or flag content that violates these Terms or applicable laws
• • Suspend or terminate accounts that engage in prohibited activities
• • Report illegal activities to appropriate authorities

7. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENTS

7.1 Fees

Certain features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees as displayed at the time of purchase.

7.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through third-party providers (PayPal, Razorpay). We do not store your payment card information. Subscription periods and pricing are as specified at checkout.

7.3 Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once payment has been processed. Please review our features and pricing carefully before purchase. In exceptional circumstances (accidental purchase reported within 24 hours with no service usage), refunds may be considered at our sole discretion.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We make no guarantees regarding message delivery rates or WhatsApp account safety.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

10. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WA Campaign Sender and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including:

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We are not liable for any loss of data or access resulting from termination.
