4. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
You are solely responsible for your use of the Service and the content you send. By using the Service, you agree to:
- Comply with WhatsApp's Terms of Service: Your use of our Service must not violate the official WhatsApp Terms of Service. Violating their terms may result in your WhatsApp account being restricted or permanently banned.

7. Payments
Certain features of the Service require payment. By purchasing, you agree to pay all applicable fees. All payments are one-time transactions processed through PayPal. We do not store your payment information, and there is no automatic renewal system. When your purchased period expires, you will need to manually renew if you wish to continue using the service.
8. No Refund Policy
All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds once payment has been processed. Please carefully review our service features and pricing before making a purchase decision. In extremely rare cases of accidental purchase (reported within 24 hours and before any service usage), we may consider a refund at our sole discretion.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including for a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Since your campaign data and contacts remain exclusively on your device, they are never exposed to security risks on our servers. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and browser to protect your locally stored data.
